WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Under the terms of this warranty, the repair or replacements of any part shall be the opinion of Global Link Imports Pty Ltd (GLI). This warranty is extended to the original owner only and does not cover any defects, malfunction, or failure, which does not confirm to the limited warranty.

GLI, electrical/electronic products are warranted against defects arising from normal use for one year from the date of original purchase. All these products are subjected to manufactures warranty covering both parts and labour.

The followings are subjected to Global Link product warranty:

  1. The warranty covers only products purchased in Australia for the specified use and operated in accordance with the instructions in the operation manual.
  2. The warranty does not extend to damage, breakdown or malfunction caused during installation, by accident, misuse, negligence, incorrect installation, lightning strike, or act of God or use of accessories which are defective or incompatible with the product, or to equipment modified, altered or serviced by anyone other than an Authorized Service Agent/Technician.
  3. Damaged to the accessories are not covered under this warranty.
  4. PCB, Panel & Deck is not included in this warranty.
  5. Global Link and its Authorised Service Agents may charge for work done where the product is found to be in good order.
  6. The Global Link reserves the right to determine whether or not the fault is caused by faulty workmanship or material or that any part is defective.
  7. Warranty does not cover any transportation or shipment costs when the appliance is located outside the normal service area.

Replacement will be made with products of current available model that may not be the same of original purchase. Money will not be refunded for the products purchased but can be exchanged for a different product. The warranty or any implied warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and all warranties are void if the purchased unit is used for other than normal activities. These products are built to the highest standards. In order to obtain a warranty service the owner must return the defective unit to the retailer from whom it was purchased and present thesales docket and warranty certificate to confirm the date of purchase.
